On 21st November 2016, the Regional Department of Defense Resources Management Studies (DRESMARA) hosted the opening ceremony of the 14th series of the “Program and Project Management” Postgraduate Course – ACT.476.6 and the 9th series of the “Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Evaluation System” Postgraduate Course – ACT.475.6 unfolded between 21 November and 16 December 2016. The event was attended by DRESMARA’s staff and students – officers from Romanian Ministry of National Defense and other countries from NATO Partnership - Azerbaijan, Jordan, Moldova, Pakistan and Ukraine.
